There are 2 kinds of polycarbonate film for secure ID card,one is solid card another is composite card.
1.Solid polycarbonate cards made from layers of non-adhesive films.
You just bonded the films together firmly and securely to create your solid multi-layered polycarbonate cards of the desired thickness. The construction can be different, but it typically consists of a clear transparent top and a bright opaque white base for high contrast picture clarity and customization.
2.Coposite card with polycarbonate film (s) on Teslin inlay. Layers can be marked, embossed, or stamped.
Protecting and securing other valuable documents and ID cards (passport data page, artwork,visa/high-end images)
