One side of PETG-coated adhesive overlay film has heat-melting glue, while the other side is completely smooth.
Method of Manufacturing:
1. As directed by the machine, place the printing core, inlay, and two overlays together in the laminator. The temperature is then set. Please note that the overlay and PVC sheets have all of their adhesive sides facing inward.
2. The temperature is around 85 °C, the lamination typically lasts 10 to 15 minutes, and the pressure is 6 to 8 MPa.
3. Slice the card.
Use it to create a variety of plastic cards, such as bank cards, credit cards, ID cards, IC cards, dual interface cards, police officer ID cards, the second generation of China's resident ID card, social security cards, eco-friendly grade cards, etc.
