The PC card base material (polycarbonate) is a colorless and transparent thermoplastic material. It possesses excellent comprehensive properties, including high mechanical strength, good toughness, resistance to impact, weather resistance, and tolerance to high and low temperatures, making it suitable for various environments. Additionally, it has stable specifications, high transparency, high refractive index, and high gloss, which are suitable for various security and anti-counterfeiting processes. Currently, more than 40 countries worldwide have adopted PC card films for their passports, and nearly 30 types of identity documents have done so.
Due to the high transparency and processing accuracy of PC, we has also developed PC optical films and sheets, which are applied to high-end optical lenses, protective face masks, and various panel and window surface treatment processes such as hardening and coating.
PC flame-retardant films and sheets can achieve halogen-free flame retardancy, meeting environmental protection requirements. They can be processed by die-cutting and cold pressing techniques. The surfaces can be directly printed with heat transfer printing, aniline printing, offset printing, lithographic printing, or photo relief printing. The products can be applied to various insulating protection covers for TV and other types of circuit boards, fireproof and flame-retardant folding boxes, speaker nets, etc
