Flame retardant polycarbonate film are ideal candidates to assist create creative design solutions based on cost-effective fabrication and good performance in tough conditions. From simple flat barrier insulation to extremely complicated three-dimensional EMI/RFI shielding, these films achieve the ideal mix of flame retardant and electrical qualities without the need for secondary processes. FR films come in a variety of surface textures and are easy to produce while maintaining dimensional stability at high temperatures. Underwriters Laboratories (UL) has tested and certified all flame retardant films as flammable. Common uses include heat/dielectric insulation, die-cut insulators and spacers, labels and overlays, and printed circuit boards.

Additional Key Benefits:
Flame resistance: UL94 V-0 and VTM-0.
Excellent printability.
Compliance with several environmental requirements (RoHS, REACH).
Excellent thermal, electrical, and mechanical qualities.
Compatible with adhesives.
