While the laminating process of PC card films as followings for your reference:
Preheat: 1500 seconds
Hot pressing: temperature 170~195 ℃
Segment 1: 0.5 Mpa 200 seconds
Segment 2: 1 Mpa 60 seconds
Segment 3: 2.5 Mpa 60 seconds
Segment 4: 4.0 Mpa 60 seconds
Segment 5: 5.5 Mpa 500 seconds
Cold pressure: 8 Mpa 1800 seconds
The laminated temperature is 85℃ for PETG film,it can be ajusted 80~95 ℃ according to different machines.
It's possible for us to do coating on the films.
PC and PETG films are superior in durability and heat resistance to PVC,which are the most suitable materials for security cards (ID cards, passport data pages) that require longterm reliability.
