On the production lines, we were producing white PETG core sheets with thicknesses of 0.3mm and 0.28mm. While the indonesian customer needed samples of 0.35mm and 0.39mm. There are only stocks of 0.34mm and 0.4mm, which are close to the needed thickness. We have engaged with the customer about sending samples of 0.34mm and 0.4mm. While our production manager was really supportive. He informed me that we may provide customers with 0.35mm and 0.39mm samples because we produce white PETG core,which can be produced after the order production.Then we sliced into small sizes.Our customer will get their demand samples. The samples they need are PETG core sheet,PETG overlay film.
