How PETG Cards Are Made
PETG cards are made up of several layers of PETG base film, each with specific features that improve the card's performance and durability. The exact design can vary depending on the manufacturer and the card's intended use, but the general structure of PETG cards typically includes the following layers:
Printable Surface Layer (PETG Overlay):
This is the top layer of the card, designed for printing. It's made to hold high-quality prints, including text, images, logos, and other visuals.
PETG Core Layer:
The core layer is made of durable, transparent PETG material and is usually white. This layer gives the card its strength and helps keep it sturdy.
Coated Layer:
There may be a thin bonding layer between the core layer and the other layers. This adhesive layer helps bond the layers together, keeping the card intact and preventing it from peeling apart.
Magnetic Strip or Chip Layer (if applicable):
Depending on how the card is used, it might include a magnetic strip or an embedded chip. These layers are used for things like ID verification, access control, or financial transactions.
Opaque White Layer:
An opaque white layer may be added to improve the visibility and contrast of printed information, especially if the card has printing on both sides.
Laserable Layer (if applicable):
For added security or customization, this layer may include elements like signature areas, holograms, UV printing, or other anti-counterfeiting features.

1. In sheet form: PE bags+ pallet and with wrapping films
2. In roll form: suspension package, 1 roll/pallet or 2 rolls/pallet
3. Delivery: 15~20days after getting the payment.
