With 4 production lines, we can produce over 600 tons per month to meet increasing demand. We offer PETG card core sheets in thicknesses from 0.075mm to 0.8mm at highly competitive prices. We also provide PETG-coated or uncoated overlays, known for their strong adhesion properties, with thicknesses ranging from 0.6mm to 0.12mm. These overlays are compatible with UV, oxidative, and silk-screen inks, providing high bond strength and color consistency.PETG card film is an eco-friendly material commonly used in ID cards, bank cards, credit cards, and premium cards.

Package and delivery
Package: PE bag + pallets. It's possible for us to slice the PETG core sheet into small sheets. 300sheets/bag or 500sheets/bag,then packed by sheet.
Delivery time:15~20days to ship the goods after getting the payment if without stocks. The goods will be delivery with 3 days if with stocks.

A: It is recommended that the processing temperature be ≤ 80°C (to prevent thermal deformation); use PUR glue to ensure laminated bonding; store at a humidity of ≤ 50%RH (to prevent moisture absorption and warping); use a precise cutting tool mold (tolerance ± 0.05mm).
Q3: Does PETG meet the durability standards for smart cards?
A: It complies with the mechanical performance requirements of ISO/IEC 7810: it supports high-frequency plugging and unplugging (≥ 10,000 cycles), has weather resistance from -40°C to 60°C, and has a stable dielectric constant (2.8 - 3.2 @ 1 MHz), and is compatible with chip/RFID packaging.
