Comparing with other types of plastic core sheets like PET, PVC for card body production, it has outstanding optical clarity, printability, impact strength and dimensional stability. It is widely used in indentify cards such as anti-fake ID cards, driving license card, transportation card and passport etc.The appearance is in white color,the popular thickness can be 0.3mm,0.34mm,0.33mm,0.35mm,0.4mm. 4. Package method : 100/200 /300 sheets per bag, 10 bags/carton, and the cartons are piled up and firmly fixed on solid plywood pallets.
5. Storage condition : Sealed, moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃.
How to use polycarbonate core white sheet
1. Print straight onto the surface of PC core sheet.
2. After the ink dries, hot press laminate by PC coated overlay films.
3. Punch out the cards by the mould.
4. Doing the additional artwork, such as screen printing, hot stamping, embossing, and hole punching, and other processes to make the cards anti-counterfeiting and anti-tampering after printingt he patterns.
5. Finally finished the cards in specific size.
