We discussed battery cells, which are the fundamental building blocks of modern energy power battery packs. Multiple lithium battery cells make up a full power battery pack. The separator is a crucial part of the construction of lithium battery cells. It serves as protection, flame retardancy, and insulation and is connected to both the positive and negative electrodes of every cell. The separator's main body is made of PC insulating flame-retardant film, on which 3M adhesive and release paper are affixed. The main body is then created by die-cutting and embossing.
PC insulating flame-retardant sheet serves as the cell separator's major structural component. Release paper and 3M adhesive are affixed to the main body's rear adhesive surface. It is created after die-cutting and embossing procedures.
Excellent flame-retardant qualities, high voltage resistance, low water absorption rate, good bending and tear resistance, non-breakability, stable size, and more are all features of the PC insulating flame-retardant film. In addition, it retains consistent mechanical qualities over a broad temperature range and has good heat and low-temperature resistance. It can reach a Z-direction bulging height of 3mm at room temperature. It can be used with new energy vehicles' battery modules, cells, PACKs, etc.
