Solid polycarbonate cards are made of film layers that aren't attached.
To create strong, multi-layered polycarbonate cards with the thickness you need, you just laminated films together, firmly and securely. For high contrast image legibility and customization, the structure may vary, but typically consists of a brilliant opaque white base and a clear translucent top.
